About Us
What we sell and how your order works.
What is Vibe Pet?
Vibe Pet is an online store. We sell shirts and other products printed with a design made from a photo of your pet.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI tools help us make each design from your pet's photo. We check every design for defects before you see it, and you see it on the product before you buy.
Can I see my design before I buy?
Yes. Upload your pet's photo on the product page, and in about half a minute you'll see your design on the product, in every color. Some designs also ask for a photo of you or your pet's name. What you see is what we print: once you pay, your order goes straight to print, so the design can't be changed after you buy. For a different design, upload a different photo.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is added at checkout, and the cart shows how much before you pay. We ship within the US, and standard shipping typically takes 5-9 days.
